Returns
Stock is dynamic. It's not completely managed by us, since we have multiple entities, including the factory and the storage. The levels of stock can change at any moment. Please be aware it's possible your order could be unable to fill once you've placed your order.
The period of time is 30 days. We are unable to replace or refund your purchase if it has been 30 days since you purchased it.
To be eligible for a refund the item must be unused and in the same state as you received it. It should also be returned in its original packaging.
